Type: EC Parameter Description: The number of seconds a live off-power reefer container waits before XPS dispatches it to an ASC. Based on yard service time, typically the time of arrival in the transfer zone (TZ) for inbound containers and the time taken off power for outbound containers. If OPTRFR is greater than zero, then any container matching the criteria will override Optimizer logic and be dispatched next.
